Eligibility for Returns:

Returns are accepted only if the product is delivered with physical damage. Please inspect your order upon arrival and report any damage immediately.

Return Window:

You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.

Proof of Damage:

To qualify for a return, you must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage along with your order number.

Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label, if applicable.

Refunds:

Once we receive the returned item and verify the damage, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Non Returnable Cases:

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product is not physically damaged

  • The return request is made after 7 days of delivery
